I've been going to SKY PT Brookvale for 2 years now and it is by far the best PT sessions/gym you can go to! Justin & Luke are fantastic trainers and go above and beyond when it comes to your diet, fitness and goals! They are super flexible with sessions and provide amazing classes all week round.

Joining Sky PT was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have improved my fitness, achieved many goals and most importantly, made some great friends. Sky PT is more like a family than a gym, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Justin, Josh and their staff are absolute legends. Their gym is first class, the people are friendly and the advice and 8 week challenges super fun. This isn’t your typical gym, it is more like training with friends/family where you are welcomed with a smile and words of encouragement every time. Can definitely recommend Sky to everyone!!

I have been a member of the sky family for about seven years now. From day one it was obvious this was more than just your normal gym, these boys take interest in you. You’re not just a number, you’re part of a large family. They check in, they follow up & they support you. Whatever you want to achieve or challenges you take on they will help you. I decided I wanted to do a marathon, the team at Sky worked with me, set up a training program, even stayed for the while 4.5hrs it took to run it to be there at the finish. Not many gyms will do that. Sky PT is a fun place to work out, great atmosphere & great banter between clients & PT, as much as you are going there to work out, you will also have fun.

I've been training with the Sky team for over 5 years. It's a friendly happy atmosphere with clean well maintained equipment. The trainers are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and supportive. Whether it's weight loss, weight gain, rehab, nutritional advice, meal prep, learning how to calculate macronutrients (which I've learnt is a game changer) they are all over it. I finish every session feeling great. As they say "the Sky IS the limit"

I joined Sky PT 10 years ago at 51 years old and it has been the best decision for me to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle after breast cancer. During this time my experience has been amazing, I have become very motivated, strong, fit and lead a great active life.
